Our data about probable attendees then it is collected from various sources like Social Listening, survey panels, email and calling surveys, etc.
What is the end data list that you provide?
We match all the surveyed information to Master files of DnB, InfoUSA, Netprospex and many other large Data companies to get all the other contact level and Firmographic information.
What are the standard fields that you provide?
Company Name, Contact Name, Job title, Business Email Address***, Website, Employee Size, Revenue Size, Phone Number, Mailing Address (City, state, zip), SIC Code, Industry Details and other optional fields like Data of Incorporation, Social Handles (Linkedin, Facebook, Google+, Twitter).
***For B2C and Physicians email, ISP domains might be inclusive.
Do these contacts know that they are on a list?
Of Course. When we do our research, we opt them in to the list and also inform them that they will be on a list and would get 3rd party Advertisements, Offers, Invitations and Business/ Industry related materials.

We do not send out any emails for customers unless ordered for. When we do the email campaigns, we are fully compliant with CAN SPAM laws and data protection laws.
How do we confirm an order?
We would send you a contract/ order form and you can electronically sign it using Helloing. No need to print or Scan anything.

Do your provide any guarantees or accuracy assurances?
Absolutely. We provide 100% accuracy guarantee on researched information. Due to the nature of data and email, we can only provide 80% guarantee on emails and 90% on all other contact and company details that we provide.
Do you provide Normal B2B Contact databases?
Yes. we do provide B2B email and Mailing database. However, we do not maintain any information in-house and all of our data comes from Partners.
What if there are any issues with the data that you provide?
You can always inform us within 30 days of purchase if there are any issues. We do not provide resolutions for complaints after 30 days.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. We provide a credit/ refund for bad records if any above the guarantee levels on a pro-rated basis.
What is the format of the file Delivered?
Our files are delivered in Excel Spreadsheet or CSV format. We can provide in any other electronic or CD format on request.

Can we use your data with any Email Service Provider?
Yes. You can use our data with any Email Service provider like ConstantContact, MailChimp, etc. However, please refer to their terms and conditions as some of them do not allow research/ purchased data.
